We had major problems with our boiler and at short notice Sergiu came and replaced it with a new one, flushed out the central heating system and made sure everything was working perfectly. He is a very friendly, knowledgable and diligent gas engineer & plumber. I highly recommend him as he takes care to explain the problem and offer the most appropriate solution.

Due to the recent bad weather my boiler stopped working and after several unsuccessful attempts by myself to start it up again I decided to search for a local engineer to come and help. I looked online and found that Well-Done Heating had very good reviews and extremely satisfied customers so I decided to give them a ring. Sergiu picked up the phone and made arrangements to come around. He was very helpful on the phone and quite informative and knowledgeable which I found strange and very positive. Anyway the appointment was made and Sergiu came around the house on time and gave me a ring in advance as well. Sergiu identified the problem pretty quickly cleaned the boiler and serviced it at my own request and was really polite and professional. From the conversation that we had and the way that he was working I can understand that he is very experienced and methodical engineer.
